The mission of the Operations Department is to strategically develop and scale each business area with world-class infrastructure, enhancing existing functions and introducing new capabilities through a methodical yet entrepreneurial approach.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Operations team at Aritzia, which is responsible for the strategic development and scaling of our business through world-class operational solutions. As an Intern in Operations, you will be an internal consultant, embedded directly within an area of our business, enhancing existing functions and introducing new capabilities by defining target operating models, designing & building business processes, and developing the frameworks & tools that drive scalability. With a methodical and entrepreneurial approach, you will play a valuable role in delivering transformational solutions that enable the business to operate effectively. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.
As an Intern in Operations, you will support with:
- Embed within a specific business area, building the foundation to support unique growth and scale objectives.
- Define and implement the core operating structure and working model of the business area in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Design how we approach business decisions by creating the frameworks, references, and decision-making models required to support consistent execution.
- Engineer effective and efficient business processes, optimizing for throughput and frictionless operations.
- Scale the business for future growth by introducing and evolving world-class capabilities that unlock the most impactful opportunities across Aritzia.
- Seamlessly integrate meaningful tools into the day-to-day of the business.
Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2027 to April 2028
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- A resourceful and entrepreneurial way of working
- A passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry
- A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details
- A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutions
- Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued
