Capital Project Manager - QLD

• →Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, including scoping, design, procurement, contractor management, commissioning, and handover.
• →Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• →Write clear and detailed scopes, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• →Build strong stakeholder relationships across our manufacturing sites, ensuring open, efficient, and prompt communication.
• →Provide on-site leadership for contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• →Support procurement processes and navigate internal systems to secure the best project outcomes.
• →Drive continuous improvement in project planning, delivery, and safety practices.

• Degree qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical or related disciplines)
• Technical expertise applicable to our supply chain network, such as in brewing, packaging, or utilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects, related to process improvements, brewing, or infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to articulate technical details clearly for project scopes and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Leadership skills to guide contractors and ensure safe, efficient project delivery.
• Flexible, proactive, and eager to step into new project areas as required.
• Knowledge of safety standards, procurement processes, and project management tools.
