As a Senior Specialist I, End-to-End Planning at ASM, you will play a critical role in ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, production, and logistics activities. You will support the execution of integrated planning processes, enabling efficient operations and reliable customer delivery across the end-to-end supply chain.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Business stakeholders, you will contribute to supply-demand balancing, risk mitigation, and planning excellence while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Execute end-to-end planning activities across assigned product lines or business areas, supporting alignment from supplier readiness to customer delivery

Coordinate demand, supply, inventory, capacity, production, and logistics plans to ensure operational continuity
- →
Support the development and execution of integrated planning strategies aligned with business objectives
- →
Analyze material and capacity constraints and provide recommendations to support prioritization and allocation decisions
- →
Identify supply chain risks, potential disruptions, and execution gaps while supporting mitigation and recovery actions
- →
Maintain visibility across the end-to-end supply chain and proactively highlight issues impacting service performance
- →
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Business stakeholders to drive planning alignment

Support planning governance processes, reporting frameworks, and data accuracy initiatives
- →
Track and report key performance indicators including service levels, inventory performance, delivery performance, and planning accuracy

Support New Product Introduction (NPI), lifecycle transitions, and operational readiness planning activities
- →
Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and process optimization initiatives across planning functions

Assist with planning system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline

8–13 years of experience in end-to-end planning, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, production planning, or related functions

Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and order fulfillment processes

Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Experience using ERP and planning systems such as SAP, MRP, Kinaxis, or equivalent platforms

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus

Experience in the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry

Hands-on experience with integrated planning processes such as IBP, S&OP, or S&OE

Experience supporting supply disruption management and recovery planning

Exposure to global supply chain and manufacturing environments

Strong process improvement and operational excellence mindset

Experience with data analytics, dashboard development, and planning performance reporting

Experience participating in planning system implementation, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
