Responsibilities

→Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
→Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
→If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.
→Ability to make decisions quickly with Confidence.
→Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
→Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
→Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Have basic computer skills
Ability to work flexible schedule nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
