The Acquisition Program Analyst will provide acquisition support to DCSA ATE programs, including statutory and regulatory acquisition documentation, studies and analyses, program baselines, acquisition documentation, test plans, technical data packages, transition plans, requirements documentation, AoAs and BCAs, acquisition milestone and decision-point documentation, stakeholder coordination, cost/schedule/performance/risk analysis, executive program reviews, IPTs and working groups, meeting and action-item support, and technical editing of acquisition deliverables.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • →Active Secret Clearance
  • →3 years of relevant experience
  • →A Bachelor’s degree or higher; OR A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in federal acquisition, contracting, or procurement support
  • →Experience supporting market research, acquisition documentation, contract administration, or procurement analysis
  • →Must possess competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies
  • →Working knowledge of applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies
  • →Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Onsite Position Requirements - This position requires regular onsite work at a government/customer facility. The employee must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to:
  • →Access and work from the designated customer facility for the required work schedule.
  • →Perform the essential duties of the position using government/customer-furnished computers, systems, equipment, and approved peripherals.
  • →Access, review, enter, and communicate information through required customer systems and applications.
