The Associate Human Resource in a healthcare setting supports the HR department in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations while aligning with healthcare regulations and organizational goals.

• Assist in recruiting healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

• Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws and internal policies.

• Support the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops.
• Track employee certifications and continuing education requirements.

• Address HR-related queries and escalate complex issues.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.

• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
