Internship Program Manager

Astrolab is The Lunar Operations Company. We design and build the systems and hardware the lunar economy will come to depend on — rovers, power, and data networks for sustained operations on the Moon. The Internship Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Astrolab's internship program. This role partners closely with Recruiting, Engineering, Operations, and business leaders to attract, hire, onboard, and support interns across technical and business functions. The Intern Program Manager will create a positive intern experience while ensuring consistent recruiting processes, university engagement, program coordination, and compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations. This position will report to the Manager of Technical Recruiting.
