Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for engineering and operationalizing ATI Business Group’s RPA and Agentic Automation capabilities to accelerate intelligent execution, reduce manual operational effort, and ensure automation systems are reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
Your primary objective is to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that combine UiPath-based RPA with agentic orchestration using n8n, LangChain, APIs, and enterprise integrations.This includes implementing intelligent workflow logic, secure system connectivity, observability, and continuous improvement so automation can move beyond repetitive scripts into context-aware, action-driven enterprise automation.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Developing, deploying, and maintaining RPA and agentic automation solutions that enable ATI Business Group to deliver intelligent, secure, and scalable automation across its enterprise platforms.
- →Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath for business and operational processes.
- →Develop custom automation logic, scripts, and integrations using Python, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- →Build reliable automation components for data movement, system interaction, validations, and exception handling.
- →Implement agentic automation workflows using n8n, LangChain, and related orchestration tools.
- →Build tool-calling flows that connect automation with APIs, databases, internal systems, and enterprise applications.
- →Apply prompt engineering, RAG, and contextual execution patterns where AI support is needed in automation.
- →Combine RPA and AI logic to enable multi-step workflows, intelligent decision support, and action-driven execution.
- →Deploy and support automation services in Linux-based environments using Docker/Podman and CI/CD pipelines.
- →Troubleshoot production issues, tune runtime behavior, and improve resilience through logging, monitoring, and structured retry/fallback mechanisms.
- →Work closely with Platform, Data, and Business teams to ensure production readiness and operational stability.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA, automation engineering, or workflow automation delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath.
- Experience with n8n, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks for agentic automation.
- Proficient in Linux for deployment, scripting, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Ability to integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, queues, and internal enterprise systems.
- Practical understanding of LLM-assisted automation, tool-calling, prompt design, and contextual decision support for agentic automation use cases.
- Experience operationalizing automation using Docker/Podman and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, logging, monitoring, and documentation capability.
- Experience with OpenClaw, OpenCode, or similar engineering productivity tools.
- Familiarity with LLM, MoE, embedding, and visual models.
- Exposure to OCR, document understanding, or intelligent document processing use cases.
- Experience with observability tools, API gateways, and event-driven integration patterns.
