  • Lead the management of facility infrastructure, buildings, grounds, utilities, and site support systems to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation.
  • Prioritize building and grounds work based on employee safety, operational continuity, asset condition, production impact, and long-term facility reliability.
  • Promote a proactive facilities maintenance culture focused on hazard elimination, planned work, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and infrastructure reliability.
  • Hold teams accountable for addressing required prerequisites before scheduled work begins, including labor, parts, tooling, permits, equipment access, facility access, contractor readiness, LOTO requirements, EHS requirements, and production coordination.
  • Manage the facilities maintenance backlog, ensuring building, grounds, infrastructure, and safety-related work orders are properly reviewed, prioritized, and completed.
  • Monitor schedule compliance and lead review of systemic causes of schedule disruption, including planning gaps, resource constraints, parts delays, equipment availability issues, contractor delays, and facility access limitations.
  • Lead planning and of facility outages, utility shutdowns, infrastructure repairs, and contractor-supported work.
