Dishwasher, Longleaf Restaurant

Description

This position is responsible for making sure dishes are sanitized and cleaned in a timely fashion.

• →Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• →Clean and maintain dish area
• →Clean Food preparation areas, facilities and equipment
• →Place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
• →Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• →Remove trash
• →Sweep, scrub and mop floors
• →Receive and store supplies
• →Clean rest rooms
• →Clean and organize service area

Requirements

• →1 Year experience preferred
• →Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

• Lifting (up to 40 lbs.), bending/reaching, standing, walking for long periods of time
• Required to reach with hands and arms as well as talk and hear
• Finger dexterity and hand coordination along with specific vision abilities (close, distance and ability to adjust/focus) required
