Are you an organizational wizard with a passion for real estate? We're seeking a meticulous individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication throughout the deal process.
Responsibilities

Deal Organization: Set up and maintain ASANA projects, Slack channels, and property folders for each deal.

Calendar Management: Add essential dates such as closing dates, set-up meetings, due diligence deadlines, and reminders to the calendar.

Documentation: Update Resimpli/Asana with pertinent information like violations, flood zones, etc., and ensure it's pinned to the appropriate Slack channel. Draft memos, power of attorney documents, and amendments as necessary.

Notary Coordination: Schedule and oversee notary services as required.

Client Communication: Keep sellers informed with regular email and text updates on the progress of their deals.

Client Assistance: Assist clients with rental searches and coordinate services such as moving boxes, movers, groceries, and utility connections.

Meeting Support: Prepare meeting minutes for quarterly meetings and compile action items from weekly disposition meetings into ASANA tasks.

County Visits: Represent the company by posting bids at county offices.

Property Management: Install lockboxes, attend acquisition appointments, and conduct property photos/videos recordings.
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools like ASANA and communication platforms like Slack.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
