About the Position:

We need a motivated and results-oriented Program Manager to lead complex, customer-driven development programs from concept through production. This highly-visible role will sit between engineering, manufacturing, and the commercial team: the customer’s main point of contact, coordinating cross-functional teams and owning program execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Objectives:

Lead multiple concurrent development programs from proof of concept through prototyping to production, on schedule and within budget
Translate customer requirements into actionable program objectives and internal priorities
Proactively identify technical, scheduling, and resource risks, driving timely resolution and escalation
Catch scope changes early and write them up as accurate change orders
Use artificial intelligence to streamline drafting, reporting, and analysis
Take ownership of at least five projects within 30 days, after shadowing experienced Program Managers and completing training

Capabilities:

Experience in customer-facing roles that demanded problem-solving and clear communication across technical teams; any industry or background is welcome, and small or fast-paced company experience is a plus
Confident and well-spoken; able to command credibility amongst engineers, account managers, executives, and customers
Understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to understand technical challenges and translate them into actionable business and program decision
A data-driven, efficiency-minded approach and the ability to learn essential process flows and tools quickly
U.S. Person status (as defined by ITAR: U.S. citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum seeker)

$75,000-$120,000
