The Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in Saudi Arabia. This role oversees facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. The Operations Manager leads training, resolves operational issues, and ensures readiness for high-volume periods, maintaining seamless execution and strong customer satisfaction across all sites.

• →Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred). 
• →5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.
• →Strong organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues.
• →Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. (Arabic & English essential) 
• →Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• →Knowledgeable about Food Safety requirements.
• →Background in financials and P&L metrics.

This role is based in our Riyadh office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
