Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the transition of projects from pre-contract through design, construction, and completion phases
- →Identify appropriate internal and external resources to meet project goals and requirements
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during post-contract phases
- →Develop and manage project schedules and construction plans
- →Create site-specific safety plans to prevent personnel injuries and ensure safety compliance
- →Manage the billing and invoicing process to clients and from subcontractors
- →Monitor, review, and manage overall project financial performance
- →Assist with scope development and identify creative solutions to project challenges and issues
- →Draft and manage subcontractor documents
- →Oversee requirements and reporting for utility incentives and state commerce grants
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly effective at managing resources, including time, schedules, finances, and subcontractors
- Proficient in project planning and scheduling, including associated tools and software
- Knowledge and understanding of building systems, including:
- Building Automation & Energy Management Control Systems
- HVAC systems
- Lighting and lighting controls
- Energy metering (electric, gas, and water)
- Ability to read and understand project documentation (plans, specifications, and contracts)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Repetitive motion, including substantial use of wrists, hands, and fingers
- Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects; walking and standing required occasionally
- Close visual acuity required for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing computer monitors, and extensive reading
- Climbing, including ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and similar structures using hands, arms, feet, and legs
- Annual base salary ranges from $80,000 - $100,000+ depending on experience and years of experience
