Sr Specialist Sales Support (Governance & Compliance) - Strategic Governance, Risk Management, Commercial Compliance, Audit & Controls, Executive Reporting, Business Assurance, Stakeholder Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to support compliance governance, billing assurance, and revenue assurance operations across telecom products and enterprise services. This role focuses on ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing by aligning vendor/OEM contract inputs, commercial terms, product attributes, billing triggers, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks. The individual will leverage workflow tools, analytics, automation-enabled controls, and system-driven insights to proactively manage compliance risks, billing gaps, revenue leakage, audit findings, and exceptions.

• Support end-to-end compliance monitoring, control execution, governance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and operational controls.
• Drive timely closure of compliance observations, audit actions, policy exceptions, and control gaps.

• Review orders, contracts (vendor/OEM), commercial terms, and product attributes.
• Validate billing conditions including start dates, rate plans, charge attributes, and account structures.
• Ensure compliance requirements are accurately reflected in billing setup and invoicing processes.
• Support alignment between contractual commitments, governance standards, and billing outcomes.

• Execute billing quality checks and support revenue assurance controls.
• Analyze billing exceptions, invoice discrepancies, under/over-billing, disputes, and compliance deviations.
• Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks, compliance gaps, and control weaknesses.
• Support remediation of billing and compliance issues.

• Support internal and external audits through documentation, evidence collection, and control validation.
• Monitor adherence to financial controls, governance requirements, and compliance standards.
• Track audit findings, corrective actions, and remediation plans through closure.
• Support risk assessments and continuous control improvement activities.

• Leverage automation tools, anomaly detection, dashboards, and analytics outputs.
• Improve compliance visibility, invoice accuracy, exception prioritization, and governance reporting.
• Support adoption of AI-driven insights for proactive compliance monitoring and risk detection.
• Strengthen compliance controls through automation and analytics.

• Collaborate with Sales Support, Billing, Finance, Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Audit, and vendors/OEMs.
• Drive resolution of billing gaps, compliance concerns, audit findings, and assurance issues.
• Ensure effective communication across upstream and downstream teams.

• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation for leadership visibility.
• Ensure adherence to process controls, audit readiness, and compliance standards.
• Support reporting on compliance performance, billing accuracy, leakage risks, and exception trends.

• 8+ years of experience in telecom billing operations, compliance governance, revenue assurance, audit support, risk management, or billing controls.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Billing lifecycle and triggers
  • Invoice validation and dispute management
  • Vendor/OEM contract inputs and commercial terms
  • Revenue assurance concepts and leakage prevention
  • Compliance controls, governance, and audit readiness
• Experience with workflow tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with AI/automation-enabled compliance controls and analytics tools.
• Exposure to enterprise telecom products and services.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, governance, financial controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience supporting global billing and compliance operations.
