Aureol Global Connections is seeking three skilled Automation Engineers to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency in various projects. You will work closely with other engineering disciplines to develop control strategies, integrate automation solutions, and ensure systems meet performance and safety standards. Responsibilities

→Design and develop automated control systems, including PLC and SCADA configurations.
→Implement and maintain automation solutions that meet project specifications and improve operational efficiency.
→Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure optimal performance of automated systems.
→Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate automation solutions into larger engineering projects.
→Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and user manuals.
→Provide training and support to personnel on the use of automated systems and processes.
→Stay current with emerging technologies in automation and make recommendations for improvements.
→Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions regarding automation strategies and challenges.

→Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
→Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role focused on automated systems.
→Strong knowledge of automation software, PLC programming, and control systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
→Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills specific to automation challenges.
→Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams and stakeholders.
→Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
→Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies in the automation field.
→Familiarity with industry safety standards and best practices in automation engineering.
