• →Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• →Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations for various building types and infrastructure projects.
• →Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate design solutions within multidisciplinary projects.
• →Prepare technical reports, design documents, and specifications for project deliverables.
• →Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• →Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional development.
• →Stay up-to-date with advancements in structural engineering practices, codes, and technologies.
• →Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• →Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• →Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
• →Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, etc.) and CAD tools.
• →In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• →Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Proven experience managing projects and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• →Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
