In-House Project Manager and 3D Printing Technician

This role may flex between project management and shop roles depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
~1 min readThe main PM focus will be high-value in-house work, especially ITAR or controlled projects and customers.
Responsibilities may include:
- →Ensuring communication between customers and the team is excellent on these high value projects.
- →Helping manage parts in controlled offline workflows
- →Building and maintaining documentation
- →Improving workflow setup and project documentation
- →Supporting quotes, customer communication, and project follow-up
- →Helping with customer visits
The shop focus will remain on critical production work, including:
- →Operating additive manufacturing equipment
- →Post processing additively manufactured parts
- →Liaison between the shop, project management, and logistics teams
- →Quality control and testing workflows
