You will be reporting to Sr. Manager, Business Technology. Own end-to-end optimization of Salesforce CPQ & Billing workflows, driving measurable improvements in automation, accuracy, and sales cycle efficiency.

Translate complex business models (pricing, bundling, subscription, amendments, renewals) into scalable CPQ architecture.

Lead requirements definition with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure alignment to measurable business outcomes.

Design and deliver declarative and configuration-based solutions within Salesforce CPQ & Billing while ensuring system scalability and data integrity.

Reduce technical debt and manual workarounds by identifying automation opportunities across QTC processes.

Improve reporting fidelity and executive visibility by enhancing Salesforce data models and dashboards.

Lead structured UAT with clear success criteria, measurable acceptance standards, and risk mitigation plans.

Evaluate and recommend platform enhancements, integrations, or architectural improvements that increase system performance and user experience.

Ensure changes account for downstream system impacts across ERP, billing, provisioning, and analytics ecosystems.

- Demonstrates expert-level understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, including pricing, quoting, subscriptions, renewals, amendments, billing, and revenue operations.
- Consistently identifies opportunities to simplify complex processes while improving scalability and user experience.
- Uses data-driven decision making to drive measurable business improvements.
- Anticipates downstream system and operational impacts before proposing solutions.
- Influences senior stakeholders through structured problem solving, business acumen, and effective communication.
- Establishes scalable governance practices that support long-term growth.
- Proactively identifies operational risks, technical debt, and process bottlenecks and drives resolution.
- Raises organizational standards for requirements definition, testing, solution design, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for business outcomes beyond project delivery.
This role is expected to lead the practical adoption of AI within the Quote-to-Cash domain, identifying opportunities where AI can create measurable business value while maintaining strong governance and operational controls.
- Identifies high-impact AI opportunities across CPQ, pricing, approvals, renewals, billing, forecasting, and revenue operations.
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, predictive analytics, and GenAI) to enhance pricing recommendations, quote accuracy, and anomaly detection across CPQ workflows.
- Designs AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort while maintaining appropriate controls and oversight.
- Partners effectively with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to operationalize AI-driven insights.
- Evaluates AI initiatives using measurable business outcomes such as cycle time reduction, forecasting accuracy, productivity improvements, and revenue impact.
- Ensures AI solutions are supported by high-quality data and strong governance practices.
- Establishes validation and monitoring approaches that maintain trust and reliability in AI-generated outputs.
- Champions responsible AI adoption while balancing innovation, compliance, auditability, and business value.
- Continuously evaluates emerging AI technologies and identifies opportunities to create competitive advantage.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting Quote-to-Cash processes.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Billing implementations.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash business processes including pricing, quoting, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, invoicing, and revenue operations.
- Proven experience translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration-first approaches.
- Strong expertise in business analysis, process design, requirements management, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational improvements through process optimization and automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with complex integrations and business processes.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
Within 12 months, this role will have:
Reduced quote cycle time by measurable percentage through automation and configuration improvements.
Increased automated pricing and approval coverage, reducing manual intervention.
Reduced CPQ-related production defects and billing discrepancies.
Delivered scalable support for new pricing models or product launches without major rework.
Improved data quality and reporting accuracy for revenue and pipeline forecasting.
Documented and simplified at least one high-complexity CPQ process that previously created operational risk.
Elevated requirement rigor and UAT quality across stakeholders.
Success is defined by measurable operational improvement, not system activity.
