CNC Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) - Werkzeugbau

Wir – Ritter, part of Avantor - suchen einen CNC-Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) für unseren Werkzeugbau. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Vollzeitstelle in Schwabmünchen. Die Stelle findet im 2-Schichtbetrieb statt.

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise als Werkzeugmacher, Feinwerkmechaniker oder Zerspanungsmechaniker

• Berufserfahrung in der maschinellen Bearbeitung: Drehen, Fräsen, Erodieren und Schleifen

• Kenntnisse in Hydraulik und Pneumatik

• Staplerführerschein und Kranführerschein von Vorteil/wünschenswert

• Strukturiere Arbeitsweise und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

• Selbstständiges Bedienen und Programmieren von CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen

• Fertigung von Neu- und Ersatzteilen für Spritzgießwerkzeuge nach CAD-Daten

• Unterstützung bei Reparaturarbeiten an bestehenden Werkzeugen

• Mitarbeit bei der Endmontage und Abstimmung von Neuwerkzeugen

• Lesen und Umsetzen von CAD-Daten und Konstruktionszeichnungen

• Messen und Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile

• Wartung und Reinigung der Maschinen sowie Bestandsführung der Zerspanungswerkzeuge
