Kaufmännische:n Mitarbeiter:in Logistik & Lageradministration (w/m/d)

• Bearbeitung und Koordination von Kundenreklamationen einschließlich Nachverfolgung von Klärungsmaßnahmen
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs logistischer und administrativer Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Service, Einkauf und Lager
• Pflege, Überwachung und Korrektur von Bestands- und Materialdaten sowie Analyse von Bestandsabweichungen
• Durchführung und Betreuung von Inventuren einschließlich notwendiger Bestandskorrekturen
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Versand-, Transport- und Begleitdokumenten sowie Buchung von Warenbewegungen in SAP
• Unterstützung bei Qualitätskontrollen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben und internen Richtlinien
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Lager- und Logistikprozessen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Lageradministration oder Auftragsabwicklung
• Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (idealerweise SAP R/3) sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent
