~1 min readAWE is currently recruiting for Business Managers to join our Business Operations team supporting our key operational delivery areas. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in how information, insight and performance data are used to support decision-making across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders within our Business Units, you'll help ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Your work will provide valuable insight, support strategic planning, and contribute to the successful delivery of business priorities.
This role offers the opportunity to influence how reporting and governance activities are delivered, while leading improvements that drive efficiency, consistency and informed decision-making.
Please note: This is a predominantly site-based role. Several vacancies are available, and responsibilities may evolve in line with business needs and individual strengths.
We're interested in people who enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships and turning information into meaningful insight.
You may be an excellent fit if you have experience in:
- Driving improvements to reporting, governance or business processes.
- Analysing data and performance information to develop clear reports and insight that support senior manager decision-making
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels
- Managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Leading teams, projects or continuous improvement initiatives.
It would be great if you also have experience in:
- Performance reporting frameworks and governance processes.
- Business planning, programme support or operational management.
- Continuous improvement methodologies and best practice.
