Join a leading global financial institution’s Compliance Analytics function, supporting critical Financial Crimes Compliance initiatives across the Americas. This team operates at the intersection of risk, regulatory oversight, and technology, ensuring sanctions screening systems effectively detect and prevent illicit financial activity. The group works closely with senior compliance leaders, model validation teams, and technology partners to enhance screening capabilities and maintain regulatory integrity in a highly scrutinized environment.

• High-impact position supporting Tier 1 regulatory models under validation scrutiny
• Direct exposure to senior compliance, risk, and model validation stakeholders
• Fully remote work environment

• Serve as a Sanctions Screening SME, explaining screening logic, filter behavior, and system design to stakeholders and model validators
• Support the Fircosoft Version 6 upgrade, including configuration analysis, filter tuning, and validation readiness
• Analyze how screening systems process inputs, generate matches, and manage outputs across transaction monitoring workflows
• Define and document business requirements, rulesets, and screening logic
• Partner with Compliance, Technology, and QA teams to test and validate screening behavior
• Investigate false positives/negatives and explain system decisions from a risk and regulatory perspective
• Develop process flows, data models, and documentation for screening systems
• Perform data analysis using SQL and develop reporting/visualizations to support decision-making

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, with strong focus on sanctions screening / BSA-AML
• Deep hands-on experience with Fircosoft (Continuity, Trust, Classic)
• Experience supporting or implementing Fircosoft Version 6 (strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of screening filters, tuning, and matching logic
• Experience explaining and defending screening models in model validation or regulatory settings
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Proven ability to translate technical screening logic into business and risk explanations
• Strong communication skills working with compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders
