This is a hybrid opportunity based in Jersey City, NJ, offering the chance to contribute to enterprise-level application development within a highly regulated financial technology environment. The role provides exposure to business-critical risk platforms, modern UI development practices, and cross-functional collaboration with technology and business stakeholders.
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for enterprise web applications.
- Build clean, maintainable front-end layouts using modern UI technologies.
- Enhance user experience by improving visual design, interactivity, accessibility, and usability.
- Partner with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional UI components.
- Support implementation of reusable front-end patterns, components, and design standards.
- Troubleshoot UI issues, optimize front-end performance, and ensure a consistent user experience across browsers and devices.
- 10+ years of professional UI/front-end development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience with React, Angular, or comparable JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement polished, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX best practices.
- Experience working in enterprise technology environments, preferably within financial services or risk technology.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with technical and business teams.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
