As Europe Strategic CPS Integrated Energy Solutions Architect a, you will be responsible for:
Partnering with Sales and cross‑functional teams to originate, shape, and win integrated energy projects across Europe.
Delivering customer‑centric solutions in geothermal, synchronous condensers, heat pumps, Combined Heat and Power, Long Duration Energy Storage, and integrated energy systems.
Driving the early engagement with existing and new Customers, to create demand, build strong value propositions, and increase market penetration.
Understanding and translating customer needs into competitive solutions defining the technical architecture to optimize the Project LCOE/LCOH/LCOS
Building, managing and prioritizing a strong opportunity pipeline, supporting the definition of required Product and Commercial Strategies.
Collaborating with Product Management, Proposal Management, Engineering, finance, legal, and partners to deliver effective solutions.
Acting as a thought leader and ambassador for Baker Hughes at customer meetings, events, and industry forums.
Bring hands on experience in integrated energy solutions, power generation systems, geothermal (ORC / STG), Heat Pumps, Combined heat and power, or long duration energy storage.
Demonstrate strong technical background in process design, turbomachinery (GTs, STGs, compressors, turboexpanders), heat exchangers selection and system integration. Proficiency in utilization of Refprop-based Excel process sheets, Process Simulation Tools (Unisim, ASPEN Hysis) and HTRI will be considered as a plus.
Have a solid knowledge of utilities, IPPs, and electricity markets, with exposure to Product Proposal management and/or Project development.
Be comfortable assessing project economics (CAPEX, OPEX, LCOE/LCOH/LCOS) and supporting commercial decision making.
Show commercial acumen and a proactive approach to originating demand and building customer relationships.
Confidence working in complex, matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel internationally.
Act as a self‑starter and leader, able to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 72,000 To 99,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
