Reliability Engineer (UAE National)

As a Reliability Engineer, you will focus on preventing failures throughout the lifecycle of products and services by driving reliability initiatives, leading investigations, identifying performance trends, and supporting continuous improvement programs across the organization.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
• Leading and participating in incident investigations, considering job planning, preparation, and execution when determining root causes and corrective actions.
• Supporting lifecycle management activities through active monitoring and corrective action planning to prevent failures.
• Participating in Risk Assessments (RA), Deviation Waivers (DWR), Management of Change (MOC), and Deployment Readiness Assessments (DRA).
• Participating in engineering design review processes.
• Executing the key steps within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP).
• Managing FRACAS activities through the DMAIC methodology.
• Applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and developing cause maps.
• Facilitating and leading incident investigations, review boards, and corrective action boards.
• Developing RCA reports, technical bulletins, and field communications.
• Identifying FRACAS trends and prioritizing failure modes for investigation and corrective action.
• Analysing performance data and monitoring operational performance.
• Identifying, reporting, and communicating performance trends.
• Developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Sharing lessons learned across field operations and the reliability engineering community.
• Collaborating globally to support knowledge transfer and best practice sharing.
• Supporting new product development through close collaboration with engineering teams and deployment regions.
• Handling special projects and additional product line specific reliability initiatives as required.

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Have strong leadership, planning, interpersonal and influencing skills.

• Have an understanding of service delivery processes and the technical nature of the business.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Have experience presenting detailed technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate project management capability.

• Be self-motivated, structured and capable of working independently within a global interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning.
