This role oversees daily plant operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe and efficient facility performance. It supervises staff, manages workflow, and ensures all work meets organizational and compliance standards. The position supports budgeting, resolves operational issues, and collaborates with leadership on projects and initiatives. It also maintains accurate documentation and leads responses to urgent situations with strong decision-making.
