We seek a talented Flutter Developer to join our Augsburg office and contribute to our mission of enhancing digital mobility.
We offer a unique opportunity for IT talents to move to Augsburg in Germany.
- As a member of our Flutter product development team, you will design, develop, and enhance features for our smartphone app, which is used by over a million users worldwide and available on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
- You'll take full ownership of feature development and ongoing maintenance, ensuring long-term code quality, performance, and stability across the app.
- You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies, playing an active role in shaping our product vision and technology strategy.
- You'll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong expertise in developing cross-platform apps using Flutter for both Android and iOS.
- Proven experience working on medium to large-scale projects, handling production-level app complexity, scale, and performance.
- Experience with AI-driven development workflows and tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to streamline coding, refactoring, and testing is a plus.
- Passionate about creating high-quality, complex applications within agile development teams.
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as REST, JSON, and HTTP.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming and familiar with design patterns and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment.
- We communicate in English; German language skills are not required.
