Responsibilities

The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's DOT project and perform the following duties:

  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Develop and manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to federal acquisition programs and projects and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including providing project updates and reports and representing the organization at meetings and conferences.
  • Ensure programs and projects comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identify the organization's requirements and design and engineer implementations that best serve the organization's overall needs.
  • Develop all project management documentation, including requirements matrices, risk registers, configuration management, scope management, quality plans, dashboards, etc.
  • Host weekly status meetings
  • US Citizenship
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)
  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the Federal government.
  • FAC-P/PM Certification
