The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's DFC project and perform the following duties:

• →Identify, analyze, and drive global investments
• →Maintain cross-cutting project management trackers and systems to ensure accountability across teams
• →Institutionalize project management and performance management best practices
• →Lead and motivate the team
• →Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• →Develop additional guidance for staff use of the CRM and project tracking systems
• →Create investment portfolio governance and structure, including leads and active transactions
• →Lead data analytics and process improvement throughout the organization
• →Develop the investment manual and complete the knowledge management function

An ideal candidate has the following:

• →U.S. Citizenship
• →Minimum Education: Master's degree
• →Minimum Experience: 10 years of global investment banking/private equity consulting experience
• →Must be able to work on-site in Washington DC at least 50% of the time
• →Must provide three supervisory references at time of application
