The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's NYC Department of Social Services project and perform the following duties:

• →Develop comprehensive project management plans
• →Lead the planning and implementation of the project
• →Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
• →Define project tasks and resource requirements
• →Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• →Provide management reporting and information dissemination
• →Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
• →Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
• →Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to specifications
• →Provide project quality assurance
• →Develop quality assurance metrics to measure outputs.
• →Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• →Ensure all project changes meet the developed quality assurance metrics before it is released to the user community.
• →Work on-site in NYC

An ideal candidate has the following:

• →U.S. Citizenship
• →Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• →4 Years of experience in overseeing large-scale, complex projects comprised of several deliverables and/or several phases
• →4 Years of experience acting as an Issuing Entity regarding project status, meetings, reporting requirements, and scope changes
• →4 Years of experience with timeline management, ensuring the tasks are performed as per the scheduled date on the project plan
• →4 Years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management Techniques, SCRUM and Agile Development Methodologies and Sprint Delivery
