The Leader allocates resources, coaches engineers, and resolves execution challenges while embedding enterprise standards into practice. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, the Leader partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and cross-functional peers to ensure engineering work is reliable, efficient, compliant, and customer-focused. Success is measured by predictable throughput, team engagement, and execution that builds customer confidence in BW Packaging’s ability to deliver.
