True North Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in bathroom remodeling to oversee residential bath renovation projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction knowledge who can confidently manage timelines, subcontractors, and customer expectations across multiple active job sites.

• →Manage bathroom remodeling construction projects from kickoff through final completion
• →Coordinate schedules with homeowners, subcontractors, installers, and suppliers
• →Ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• →Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure proper installation practices
• →Oversee subcontractors and ensure work aligns with construction plans and scope
• →Communicate project updates clearly with customers and internal teams
• →Resolve job site issues quickly to keep projects moving efficiently
• →Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations

• Proven experience in bath remodeling, residential construction, or home improvement project management
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and installation methods (bath/shower systems preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
