The Sr. ISC Program Manager - SA, is responsible for the industrialization and launch of new manufacturing capacity from planning through to full-scale production. As part of the Integrated Supply Chain organization, this role acts as a project leader for multiple complex projects and programs, leading a cross functional team of R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Manufacturing, ISC Engineering (i.e., GIE), Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain, ensuring robust, compliant, and on-time equipment launches aligned with business and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Responsible for leading complex projects and programs in regulated environments, including their teams, strategy, planning, and execution, through the application of standard methodologies and policies.
- →Represent ISC on multiple platform/business teams connected to the respective business unit teams, supply chain and plants.
- →Own launch timing milestones, vertical start-up, risks, and deliverables.
- →Address key operations issues that have cost, quality, supply, revenue, asset utilization and/or strategic impacts. Acts globally working across mfg. sites. Advocate for the plants.
- →Support end-to-end Long-Term Capacity Planning, assessing future global and regional demand, utilization, and capacity needs.
- →Identify and mitigate project, technical, industrial, and supply chain risks.
- →Identify and exploit opportunities to improve program cost, schedule or product performance.
- →Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP where applicable).
- →Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Requirements
~1 min read- BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Advanced degree desirable.7+ years’ experience in project management and industrialization.
- Strong background in manufacturing and supply chain environments. Experience across multiple disciplines preferred.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, packaging, industrials) is a strong plus.
- Strong Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement mindset.undefined
