Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with clients and internal stakeholders such as the operations, business, engineering, and management teams. You will directly report to the Chief Technology Officer.
You will play a critical role in scoping and coordinating field operations, advising on deployment strategy, and supporting the execution of OWF-related projects in the UK. This includes providing project planning input for HAUV missions, supporting technical and logistical discussions with offshore wind developers, and contributing to commercial proposals and market entry strategies in the region.

You will report directly to the relevant Project / Technical Lead. Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with a multi-disciplinary team, including hardware, software, and operations. You are expected to be comfortable working both in-office and in dynamic operational environments.
- Lead the planning and execution of technical tasks across multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate engineering activities to ensure all technical requirements of projects and contracts are met.
- Track project progress, timelines, and technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with schedule and budget constraints.
- Manage and monitor compliance with technical specifications throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports, updates, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex engineering concepts, data, and results into clear, structured, and executive-level insights.
- Document meeting minutes accurately, including key technical discussions, decisions, and actionable follow-ups.
- Identify technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies or workaround solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration between different system components.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment phases by ensuring readiness of technical deliverables and documentation.
- Enjoy coordinating complex technical projects and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Like working in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly.
- Are detail-oriented and structured in managing timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Can communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have a proactive mindset in identifying risks and solving problems early.
- Are comfortable balancing technical depth with project-level oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics) or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in engineering, project coordination, or technical program management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing technical reports and presentations.
- Ability to interpret engineering requirements and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Notion, Jira, or equivalent).
- Ability to identify risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
- Experience in documentation, stakeholder communication, and meeting facilitation.
- Familiarity with engineering workflows, testing processes, or product development lifecycle and subsea experience is a plus.
