Project Engineer

In this role, you’ll partner closely with operations and engineering teams to deliver meaningful improvements across the site, contributing to projects that have real, visible impact.

Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products. The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year! We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.

  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency and site performance

  Lead the planning and delivery of capital projects from concept through to execution

• →

  Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement solutions

• →

  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, to ensure safe and effective project delivery

• →

  Support teams with technical expertise, coaching, and guidance to embed sustainable improvements

• A degree qualification in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or similar)

• Experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build relationships across teams

• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving

• Familiarity with contractor management and change management practices
