Belay Technologies is seeking a Front-End Developer to join our intel team. We have an immediate need for a Front-End Developer to support Reporting Tool Suite Sustainment efforts. Support will focus on development and sustainment of the TESTFLIGHT tool.

TESTFLIGHT, is a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. Efforts will include enhancing section 508 accessibility of the current TESTFLIGHT interface as well as redeveloping a new frontend to incorporate section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface.

Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Shall have at least eight (8) years’ experience as a Software Engineer in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis/resolution.
The individual must be able to communicate directions and provide guidance to junior programmers/analysts, as required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of additional SWE or related experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years’ experience.

Required technical skills:

Java 8+
Understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applications
GWT
Primefaces
Quarkus

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

Proficiency with screen readers
5508/WAI-ARIA knowledge
Oracle
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Agency reporting and dissemination tools
Agency classification policies
Working in an agile environment using JIRA and Con
fluence

Salary Range: $190,000 to $240,000
