Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized and discreet service to guests throughout their stay. Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless and memorable experience. Assist with check-in, check-out, luggage, unpacking, and other guest requests. Provide in-room services and maintain the presentation of guest rooms and suites. Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently. Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest preferences and special occasions with attention to detail. Maintain high standards of grooming, confidentiality, and luxury service. Requirements Requirements: Previous Butler or luxury hospitality experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Professional, discreet, attentive, and guest-focused. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
