Senior Structural Engineer / Structural Consultant (Light Gauge Steel Specialist)

The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer / Structural Consultant to support the design, analysis, and implementation of residential, commercial, modular, and Light Gauge Steel (LGS) construction projects. Perform structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and modular projects. Prepare structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation. Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and engineering deliverables. Lead the design and optimization of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) systems, including load analysis, member sizing, connection design, and system validation. Develop construction methodologies and review Framecad-generated designs. Provide technical support during project execution, including site inspections and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, quality, and safety requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams. Support value engineering, design improvements, and system optimization to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance build ability. Interest in developing and analyzing innovative structural wall systems through R&D. Requirements Skills & Experience Licensed Structural Engineer or Civil Engineer with structural specialization. Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience, with proven capability in design, technical documentation, site coordination, and construction-stage support. Knowledge of Philippine building codes and relevant international standards. Experience with LGS, modular, or prefabricated construction systems is highly preferred. Familiarity with Frame cad or similar platforms is preferred. Strong technical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
