Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role (preferably international/fast-paced environment)
- →Solid understanding of Lithuanian labor law and employment documentation
- →Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. HiBob, Dynamics 365 Business Central or other HRIS platforms)
- →Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
- →Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- →Trustworthy and discreet in handling confidential and sensitive information
- →Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset; eager to learn in a changing environment
- →Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
