• →Responsible for the design of water supply & drainage and HVAC systems for data center projects, preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), and review of related construction drawings. Manage the technical aspects of water supply & drainage and HVAC systems, as well as site management for these disciplines. Oversee and manage the entire process of bidding and tendering for water supply & drainage and HVAC-related projects on-site.
• →Coordinate with internal departments regarding water supply and HVAC requirements, communicate with external consulting firms, and review design specifications, drawings, calculation sheets, BOQs, and other documents. Ensure that project requirements are fully implemented in every stage of the project.
• →Supervise and ensure the technical quality of water supply & drainage and HVAC disciplines throughout the project cycle. Review technical drawings at various construction stages, ensuring they are scientific, reasonable, and compliant with the country's codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
• →Based on different project requirements and actual conditions, develop implementable design standards, technical specifications, and workflows for water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems. Ensure their effective execution.
• →Responsible for the practical application of design deliverables. Provide full-cycle support during project implementation and take on the management of construction activities on-site for the related systems.
• →Demonstrate innovative thinking during project design and effectively solve complex technical problems encountered in the design process.

• Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, plumbing, or equipment.
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience at a large, Class-A design institute; experience with data center, computing center, or industrial park projects.
• Professional Skills: Familiarity with all relevant professional standards and procedures. Proficiency in CAD, Office, and other software. Extensive experience in technical review and management, capable of independently performing design, proofreading, and drawing review work, and resolving technical issues during the design process. Strong comprehensive technical coordination and technical quality control skills, as well as the ability to formulate relevant standards and specifications.
• Comprehensive Competencies: Ability to adapt to international business travel, excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) communication and presentation skills, strong sense of responsibility. Priority is given to those with international work experience, intermediate professional titles or above, and relevant professional registration certificates.
