Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in administering IT applications.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Okta, Intune, JAMF, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and AzureAD.
Certifications: Industry certifications for various tools are a plus.
IAM and RBAC: Strong experience in Identity and Access Management and Role-Based Access Control. Experience in SSO, SCIM, SAML, and OIDC
Comfortable consuming REST APIs and LDAP for various applications.
Security and Compliance: Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audits is a plus
Automation and Integration: Proven experience in automating processes and integrating IT applications. Scripting experience is a plus.
Support Skills: Ability to provide Tier 2/3 support and respond to incidents effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
