Responsibilities

  • Direct the full project lifecycle of a greenfield aviation fueling infrastructure build exceeding $28M.
  • Coordinate the efforts of over 20 subcontractors and 1–2 internal construction crews.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and trade-specific project documentation across civil, electrical, grading, structural, and fueling systems.
  • Lead site activities, serving as the go-to field representative across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build team accountability and performance culture while assisting in key hiring decisions.
  • Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and protocols within a live airport environment.
  • Serve as primary point of contact across all project phases, with future opportunities to stay on for subsequent phases or transition into national project oversight roles.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multi-trade infrastructure projects from ground-up.
  • Experience managing both subcontractors and internal self-perform teams.
  • Adept at managing budgets, schedules, and project execution from cradle to completion.
  • Prior experience working on aviation or other highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on GC environment.
  • Familiarity with airport construction is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Background in general contracting is preferred over owner’s rep experience.
