~1 min read- →Lead the planning and execution of commissioning strategies across high-impact construction projects.
- →Act as the point of integration between engineering design, field implementation, and operations teams.
- →Develop and refine commissioning documentation, ensuring compliance with enhanced commissioning standards.
- →Evaluate and review technical drawings and documentation for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- →Oversee quality control during all commissioning phases, ensuring optimal system performance.
- →Work closely with specialists in various fields, including heating and cooling, electrical infrastructure, building automation, lighting design, piping systems, emergency response, and surveillance systems.
- →Drive cross-functional alignment to support LEED and building envelope commissioning objectives.
- →Track and record comprehensive documentation, including reports, images, and project milestones, during each phase of commissioning.
- →Support internal teams with process improvements, documentation updates, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
~1 min read- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or construction management, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Requires a recognized industry certification, such as BCxA's ACP or CCP credential, or an equivalent designation.
- Proficiency in ASHRAE commissioning procedures and protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership in MEP system commissioning across mission-critical facilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven success in high-collaboration environments.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, mobile-based setting with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have

- Experience with operational technology platforms and systems integration.
