Project Engineer (Construction)

• →Support multiple active construction projects, ensuring timelines, documentation, and deliverables are consistently met
• →Assist in preparing and organizing bid packages, including scope documentation and contractor coordination
• →Review construction plans and drawings, identifying discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for cost efficiencies
• →Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key partners to navigate challenges and support ongoing progress
• →Track plan revisions and ensure updates are properly communicated and implemented
• →Create and manage project timelines, outlining key phases, target dates, and progress checkpoints
• →Facilitate initial project meetings and ensure consistent, transparent communication among all parties
• →Assist with managing project communication and documentation to ensure alignment and continuity
• →Monitor permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
• →Provide support with vendor interactions and help track project-related financial activities
• →Support utility coordination efforts, including applications, account setup, and service transfers
• →Maintain accurate project records, including permits, inspections, and approvals
• →Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and support project timelines
• →Assist with warranty follow ups and closeout processes as needed
• →Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to senior construction leadership

• At least 1 year of experience supporting construction projects, engineering, or related field
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Well-structured and able to handle shifting priorities and time-sensitive deliverables
• Communicates clearly and works well with a variety of teams and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general project coordination software
• Able to travel to project locations as needed
