Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the full project life-cycle—from pre-construction planning through warranty hand-off—for complex, schedule-intensive builds.
- →Set fiscal targets, maintain cost reports, and present accurate forecasts to executive leadership and owners.
- →Create master schedules and logistics roadmaps that anticipate risk and protect critical-path milestones.
- →Serve as the primary liaison among internal teams, design partners, trade contractors, and clients, ensuring transparent communication.
- →Negotiate, execute, and administer contracts and purchase orders, protecting timeline, quality, and margin.
- →Track field progress daily, troubleshoot obstacles in real time, and drive corrective action to keep crews safe and on schedule.
- →Champion a zero-incident safety culture and uphold regulatory compliance across multi-state job sites.
- →Close projects with precision—manage punch lists, hand-over documentation, and lessons-learned reviews to maximize client satisfaction.
Requirements
~1 min read- Eight or more years directing fifty-million-dollar-plus construction programs within data-center, semiconductor, healthcare, or other mission-critical verticals.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience delivering complex building systems.
- Proven mastery of estimating, cost control, CPM scheduling (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project), and contract law.
- Working knowledge of IBC, NFPA, and relevant state and local codes; able to guide teams through Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) inspections.
- Empowering leadership style with a history of developing high-performing superintendents and project engineers.
- Proficiency with Procore (or similar PM platforms) and comfort with BIM and cloud collaboration tools.
- Ability to travel up to thirty-five percent for site mobilization and critical milestone oversight.
