  • Guide operational leaders in improving project performance, scope discipline, schedule awareness, quality standards, and risk visibility across major engagements
  • Support complex pursuits and high-value programs by aligning commercial priorities with technical capabilities and delivery readiness
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring strong governance across contracts, processes, and organizational standards
  • Strengthen team capability through workforce planning, leadership development, mentoring, and thoughtful talent decisions that support long-term growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required, Master's degree preferred
  • At least ten years of related engineering experience required
  • Professional Engineering license preferred
  • Strong business acumen, leadership capability, client relationship management, and technical engineering expertise
  • Ability to drive business development, strategic growth, and sector P and L performance
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working across data centers, power generation, industrial manufacturing, or similarly complex infrastructure environments
  • Ability to operate effectively in evolving markets that require adaptability, sound judgment, and strong executive presence
