Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Primary Mission Systems interface to assigned F-15 Program
- →Collaborate across all Mission Systems functions to ensure program commitments are met
- →Coordinate with Solution Managers and Business Owners to balance Agile Release Train capacity allocation across all F-15 Domestic and International programs
- →Brief Mission Systems execution status to Business Owners including senior engineering management and program management
- →Consume performance metrics to manage project execution
- →Facilitate engineering proposal efforts across all Mission Systems teams
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s or 7+ years of work-related experience with Masters or 4+ years with a PhD
- 5+ years of experience in Mission Systems
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile Lead Role
- 1+ years of experience with Proposal Estimation
- 1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Clearquest, Git, DOORS
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience briefing senior leadership or customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $136,850 – $185,150
