Zur Unterstützung der CH-47-Chinook-Flotte der deutschen Luftwaffe suchen wir eine/n Lead Maintenance Technician - Helicopters (f/m/d) für den Fliegerhorst Holzdorf.
Fachliche Führung eines Teams von Technikerinnen und Technikern bei der Durchführung der Linienwartung an Kundenluftfahrzeugen einschließlich der Unterstützung der Werkstatt bei Komponenten, die repariert werden müssen
Tägliche Zusammenarbeit mit der CAMO des Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Ressourcen zur Unterstützung der vereinbarten Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen verfügbar sind
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Verfahren im Zusammenhang mit der Linienwartung der Kundenluftfahrzeuge
Information des Managements über alle meldepflichtigen Vorfälle sowie Erfassung dieser Vorfälle im Boeing- oder Kundensystem
Unterstützung des Führungsteams des Boeing Part-145-MRO-Managements durch die Erledigung zugewiesener Aufgaben, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Qualität und die termingerechte Erbringung von Dienstleistungen
Wartung und Verwaltung der zugewiesenen Werkzeuge, Materialien und Komponenten unter Einhaltung aller lokalen Verfahren
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker/in, Luftfahrzeugmechaniker/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, eine DEMAR-Part-66-B1.3- oder B2-Lizenz zu erwerben, oder der Besitz einer entsprechenden Lizenz
Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrzeuginstandhaltung sowie mindestens sechs Monate aktuelle Erfahrung im Bereich der Hubschrauberwartung
Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten und Fristen zu koordinieren
Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Instandhaltungsmanagementsystem
Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Word, Outlook und PowerPoint sowie die Fähigkeit, sich in interne Systeme einzuarbeiten
To support the CH-47 Chinook fleet for the German Airforce we are looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician - Helicopters(f/m/d) to join us at Holzdorf airbase.
Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians to perform line maintenance on customer aircraft including backshop support for components that require repair

Collaborate daily with the customer CAMO to ensure that all resources are in place to support agreed maintenance activities

Ensure compliance with all procedures associated with the line maintenance of the customers’ aircraft

Advise management of all reportable incidents and report same in the Boeing or customer system

Support the Boeing Part-145 MRO management Leadership Team through completing tasks as assigned; specifically with regard to the quality and on-time delivery of services

Maintain and manage assigned tooling, material and components ensuring all local procedures are followed

Ability to obtain or currently holding a DEMAR Part-66 B1.3 or B2 license
Have at least 5+ years of total related work experience within aircraft maintenance and at least 6 months’ recent experience on helicopters

Strong organizational and teamworking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Previous experience of using a maintenance management system
Proven knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in-house systems
