Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Implement policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Acquire resources for projects and processes coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project and team, finance, sourcing, and scheduling.

Develop and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

Manage via project deliverables, all technical and functional staff assigned to the project.

Identify and manage actively opportunities, risks, and issues to ensure effective resolution or mitigation, and coordinate required activities to ensure successful delivery.

Identify and manage project dependencies and the associated critical path(s).

Track and report project status relative to the approved business case and scope, with transparency and insight into the overall health of the project.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and Presentations.

Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and investigate problem areas.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.

Effectively run Project meetings from project kick-off to Post-implementation Review ensuring all stakeholders meet their responsibilities.
Requirements
~1 min readCandidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
Upper-intermediate English.
Existing rights to work in Ukraine.
Extensive Project Management experience.
Highly competent in using MS Office products in general.
5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
2+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
